**Job Title: Physiotherapist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical condition, including medical history review and physical examination.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and individual patient goals.
- Implement a variety of physiotherapy techniques and modalities to address patients' needs, such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, and hydrotherapy.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation specialists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in physiotherapy research, techniques, and technology, and incorporate best practices into clinical practice.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice, including maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding professional boundaries.
- Participate in continuous professional development activities, such as attending conferences, workshops, and seminars, to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Valid state licensure or registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Proven experience working as a Physiotherapist in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or rehabilitation center.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills, with proficiency in a variety of physiotherapy techniques and modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with healthcare team members.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered services.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including electronic medical record systems.
