**Job Responsibility**:
1. Ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system as per the requirements of the current ISO 15189, NABL & other applicable accreditation programs, are established, implemented, and maintained.

2. Planning and systematically conducting thorough internal audits of the quality system as per the applicable standards for lab & CC’s.

3. Planning and conducting the management review meeting, and apprising the management about the status of the laboratory.

4. Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to QA/QC.

5. Motivating and guiding all staff members to be actively involved in the quality system.

6. Define quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.

7. Preparation of SOP, QSP, and Manuals as per guidelines, develop reviews and monitors the Quality policies and procedures etc.

8. EQAS: Supervise all levels of processing, and ensure proper CA/PA by all departments.

10. Organize and manage the internal and external quality assurance programs in close co-operation with all the HOD’s & Management.

11. Maintain good customer relations & Intra departmental level at all times.

**Salary**: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
