Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic paid marketing campaigns on Google and Facebook Ads platforms.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
- Develop ad creative, landing pages, and other campaign assets to drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, including key metrics such as ROI, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that campaigns align with overall marketing and business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and recommend new strategies for improving campaign performance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEM - Paid Marketing with a focus on Google and Facebook Ads.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of keyword research, ad creation and optimization, and performance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Excel.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
