**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Lead Generation**: Research and identify potential clients through online channels, professional networks (like LinkedIn), and industry databases.

**Market Research**:Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities for growth.

**Social Media Management**:Help manage and grow our social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn to build brand awareness and engage with our target audience.

**Sales Support**:Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.

**CRM Management**: Learn to use and maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads and sales activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

0-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role (internships and co-ops count).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. You must be a clear, confident, and persuasive communicator.

A genuine interest in the technology and IT services industry.

Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, for professional networking and marketing.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office Suite is a plus.
