**Job Title**: Graphic Designer and Social Media Content Creator - Fashion & Lifestyle Brand

**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Branding**: Create captivating graphic content for brand communication, campaigns, lookbooks, and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
- **Social Media Content Creation**: Develop engaging social media content (images, graphics, short-form videos) tailored to the latest trends in fashion and lifestyle, ensuring it aligns with our brand’s voice and visual style.
- **Creative Concept Development**: Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative content concepts for social media posts, ads, stories, reels, and other digital platforms.
- **Content Calendar**: Assist in planning, developing, and maintaining the content calendar for all social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest fashion, lifestyle, and design trends, ensuring our content remains fresh, relevant, and visually appealing.
- **Campaign Support**: Collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team to support fashion campaign launches, styling content, and product promotions.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all content is optimized for different platforms and maintains a consistent look and feel across all brand communications.
- **Skill Enhancement**: Participate in training sessions and receive guidance from senior team members to refine your design and social media expertise.
- **Independent Work**: Manage multiple content requests, work independently, and adhere to project deadlines effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in graphic design and social media content creation, preferably within the fashion and lifestyle industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Basic knowledge of video editing tools is a plus.
- **Aesthetic Sense**: A keen eye for aesthetics, fashion trends, and visual storytelling.
- **Social Media Insight**: Understanding of social media trends and content optimization for various platforms, particularly in the fashion and lifestyle sector.
- **Communication**: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to translate creative ideas into visually striking content.
- **Time Management**: Ability to work independently, juggle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:
