**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage cash transactions efficiently and accurately at the cash counter.
- Handle payments made by customers through cash, credit cards, and other modes of payment.
- Issue receipts and change as necessary and provide accurate financial information.
- Process customer orders, ensuring that the correct amount is billed.
- Maintain and balance the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift.
- Assist customers with any queries or issues related to billing or payments.
- Ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately in the system.
- Follow security protocols when handling cash to prevent errors or fraud.
- Assist in the preparation of daily financial reports and cash reconciliation.
- Ensure the cash counter area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Resolve any discrepancies in cash transactions or issues related to payments.
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance customer satisfaction and improve cash-handling procedures.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines related to financial transactions.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Cash Counter Executive, Cashier, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash registers.
- Ability to handle large amounts of money and perform cash reconciliations.
- Basic math skills for accurate transactions and change calculation.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in a retail, banking, or hospitality environment.
- Familiarity with basic accounting practices and cash management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
