Customer Service Executive - MHLIB (Metropolis Inbound Process)

**Job Description**:
We are urgently hiring for the MHLIB (Metropolis Inbound Process) - a purely customer service role with no sales, no targets

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and resolve queries efficiently.
- Provide accurate and timely information about Metropolis lab services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Document all interactions accurately in the system.
- Follow company protocols and quality standards during customer interactions.

Key Skills Required:

- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-first approach.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Education: HSC (12th Pass)
- Experience:

- Freshers welcome
- Prior experience in a customer service/inbound voice process is a plus

Work Details:

- Process Type: Inbound - Customer Service (No Sales / No Targets)
- Shift Timings: 7 AM - 11 PM (Any 9-hour rotational shift)
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Interview Process: Single Round Only
- Joining: Immediate
