**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms to maintain record of fixed asset accounting
- Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system
- Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed
- Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary level account in the general ledger.
- Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets.
- Conduct periodic physical inventory counts of fixed assets
- Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS and reports for asset accounting and depreciation.
- Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation
- Prepare physical audit schedules relating to fixed assets and assist the auditors in their inquiries
- Visit depot to verify special cases of disposition of fixed asset.
- Financial Planning & fund raising, timely payment to vendors. Preparing monthly, quarterly financial statements, MIS report of the financial activities and reports to assist in development of annual financial report.
- Budget Monitory & control, Cost Analytics.

**Qualifications; Role Specific Knowledge and Experience**
- Bachelor Degree in Commerce with Post Graduate Diploma/Degree/Masters in Finance Management/ Commerce.
- Age around 24 - 27 years.
- Should have around 0 to 3 years’ experience in an account/ finance role with exposure to systems & processes.
- Good IT, analytical and communication skills.
- Willing to travel and relocate, if needed.
- Good hand in Tally Power.
- Good experience in MS Excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
