**SAP Operator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and manage data accurately in the SAP Sales and Distribution (S&D) module.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
- Handle sales team data effectively, including customer information, sales orders, and invoices.
- Maintain and update records in SAP, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Generate reports and analyze data using MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to data entry and SAP operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing updates on data entry tasks and progress.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced and pressure-able environment, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Identify and troubleshoot data entry issues, working collaboratively with the IT team to resolve technical issues.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in data entry operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum one year of experience as a Data Entry Operator in the same industry.
- Ability to handle sales team data effectively.
- Self-motivated and dynamic personality.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a pressure-able environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (S&D) module.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functions.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
