**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Create high-quality videos**, **reels, and stories** tailored for different social platforms.

Manage and post consistent content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Develop strategies to increase organic reach, engagement, and followers.

Stay updated on the latest social media trends, formats, and algorithms.

Write creative captions, hashtags, and descriptions that boost visibility.

Track analytics and optimize content strategy for better performance.

**Requirements**:
2-4 years of proven experience in video creation & social media marketing.

Strong knowledge of organic growth strategies.

Proficiency with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, etc.).

Creativity, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
