**Job Title Data Modeler**

**Job Summary **Looking for experienced Data Modeler with a significant hands-on skill to enhance data
warehouse data models independently.

**Location **Pune, Hinjewadi, Phase-3

**Professional**
**Experience ** **6+ years of experience in Information Technology or related Field.**
- HANDS ON DATA MODELING AND DATA PROFILING EXPERIENCE

WITHIN A DATA WAREHOUSE ENVIRONMENT
- Strong SQL analysis background is needed to analyze/profile different datasets.
- Create source to target mappings with SQL transformation logic.
- Knowledge of SAP and its data structures is a plus.
- Understand and translate business needs into (Supply Chain centric) data models that support known and scale to future requirements.
- Expertise in Data Modelling for SQL Server database implementation is a must
- Experience in Data warehousing projects handling big volumes of data
- Gathering and understanding the data quality and master data governance requirements and designing/developing the Data Model as per the requirements
- Good experience in Data Profiling and Analysis.

**Scope & **Responsibilities will include:
**Responsibility**
- Work with the development team(s) to ensure alignment with your overarching data strategies (for Azure and your curation/consumption models), build data flows and develop conceptual data models that can be easily curated and consumed.
- Create logical data models using best practices to ensure high data quality, have the ability to scale, and reduce redundancy to provides predictable performance.
- Optimize and update data models to support new and existing projects and assist in getting the data into Azure using ETL tools.
- Develop, maintain, and document conceptual, logical data models along with corresponding metadata (based on your business requirements).
- Develop and/or adhere to best practices and standards for naming conventions and coding practices to ensure consistency and scalability of data models.
- Recommend opportunities for reuse and assimilation of the data model(s) in other environments.
- Validate the business data objects for accuracy and completeness (as required based on business requirements).

**Education ** *Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems &
Mathematics or a related discipline.*

**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
