Key Responsibilities:

- **Prospective Student Engagement**:

- Conduct outreach activities to attract prospective students, including attending college fairs, school visits, and community events.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students and their families regarding admission procedures, academic programs, and financial aid.
- **Admissions Process Management**:

- **Counseling and Support**:

- Provide personalized counseling to students regarding their academic and career goals.
- Offer guidance on program selection, financial aid options, and scholarship opportunities.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments, such as Financial Aid, Academic Advising, and Marketing, to ensure a smooth admissions process.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance the recruitment experience for prospective students.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions statistics using admissions software.
- Prepare reports on admissions trends and outcomes for management review.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated on trends in higher education and admissions practices to enhance the recruitment process.
- Participate in training and professional development to improve counseling and admissions skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or counseling in an educational setting is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
