- **Assembly Shop Maintenance of Hydraulics Press, Pneumatic Press, SPM, GPM, Final inspection test machine, Leakage Testing Machine.**:

- **Represent department at audits like IATF, EHS, OHSAS.**:

- **Annual budget plan, CAPEX/OPEX Planning of spares, maintaining consumables at Site.**:

- **Involvement in Planning and implementation of planned maintenance such as TBM, CBM, TBR, Shutdown plan.**:

- **Break-down analysis by Fish-bone diagram, WHY-WHY Analysis, FMEA, Pareto analysis, contingency plan.**:

- **r cost saving maintenance practice with team.**:

- **reduce energy consumption in plant such as Compressed Air, Electricity, Gas, Hydraulic oil.**:

- **r implementation of TPM, 5S, QCC, Kiazen activity in department.**
