Roles & Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our products or services.
- Explain the features and benefits of our offerings and answer any questions or concerns.
- Persuade potential customers to make a purchase or schedule a follow-up meeting with our sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and share customer feedback.

Qualifications/Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers over the phone.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing priorities.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
