**What will you be doing?**

Here’s what you would do as a Program Mentor at Kalvium
- **Program management**
- Ensure smooth execution of the Kalvium program on the ground on the campus you’re hired for
- Be on top of and improve student learning progress, learning outcomes, and student happiness through data sheets and dashboards
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure whatever is required for the Kalvium program to run effectively comes through
- Manage operations on the ground for conducting assessments, events, and any other program-related activities

**Mentorship**
- On the mentorship front, you’d be responsible for the following things with Kalvium’s students.
- Anchor delivery of Kalvium’s Foundation courses, which are behavioral skill-related courses such as Learning how to learn, Professional skills, Critical thinking, etc.
- Take ownership of the professional development and career outcomes of a cohort of Kalvium students. Outcomes = students getting placed + receiving optimal performance reviews from recruiting tech companies
- Counseling students to help them with challenges if any while learning as well as at work

**Basic Eligibility**

A Kalvium Program Mentor is the glue typing the program together as well as a role model for our future Software Engineers. Hence, we are looking for folks who have at least 2 years of experience in Program Management and/ or student-mentorship roles.
