Resident Dentist

**Job Summary**:
**Job Title**: Junior Resident Dentist

**Location**: Dr. VJ Dental Studio, Chennai

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Reports To**: Chief Dental Surgeon

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**:

- Conduct initial consultations and dental examinations.
- Diagnose and treat dental issues, including performing basic procedures such as scaling, fillings, and extractions.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Chief Dental Surgeon and Consultant Dentists to provide comprehensive care.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote dental services and attract new patients.
- Collaborate with telesales personnel to follow up on patient inquiries and appointment scheduling.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment plans as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all dental regulations and clinic policies.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinic operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution.
- Valid dental license to practice in Chennai.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
