Checking & Passing all Bill Related to Transporters & Courier.
- Taking status from sales team twice in the month for outstanding payment.
- Audit the AR/AP sheet on routine basis.
- Cash Audit on time to time basis.
- Checking the AR/AP Reconciliation on timely basis.
- Checking & Approve all Sales Order as per management guidelines.
- Checking & Approve all Purchase Order as per management guidelines.
- Audit & Approve the Salary Sheet on monthly basis.
- Audit the HR Record on time basis.
- Audit the Other Department Record as per requirement by management.
- Audit & Prepare the Report of other various type work required by management.
Accounts:
- Handling Routine accounting & finance functions involving verification of day to day expenses bill, purchases bill, sales bill, cash & bank, Salary, Monthly provision for expenses, Monthly prepaid expenses and book closing.
- Checking & approve the all purchase and expenses (Conveyance, Maintenance etc.) bill in Tally.
- Regular Reconciliation of Accounts payable and receivable.
- Controlling outstanding of accounts receivable.
- Monthly monitoring of Salary sheet, Overtimes, E.S.I & E.P.F and contractor bill.
- Monthly monitoring of Variance of overhead, production, stock, sales, payment & collection.
- Assist to our CEO for Preparing financial statements: - Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss A/c.
- Interfacing with Statutory and Internal auditors and providing them all necessary documents for the audit process & resolve the query comes in audit report.
- Prepare the various type of MIS report as per requirement of management.
- Checking & Maintain the Books of account as per requirement of GST Return
- Checking & Maintain the Books of account as per requirement of TDS Return.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
