As a Digital Marketing Executive at Venpep Solutions, you will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance our online presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. You will work closely with the marketing team and report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to build brand awareness and engage with our audience.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling and SEO-friendly content for our website, blog, and social media channels, including articles, blog posts, infographics, videos, and more.
- Paid Advertising: Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising, monitor budgets, and analyze campaign performance.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, generate reports, and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.
- Audience Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities, staying updated on industry best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design and content teams, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment of marketing efforts.
- Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and allocation for digital marketing activities and ensure efficient utilization of resources.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
