As our digital footprint expands, we’re looking for a **Social Media Executive** who can bring our vision to life online and help us build a strong, engaging presence across platforms.

**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and grow our community organically. You'll work closely with the marketing and content teams to make our message resonate on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, schedule, and publish content across all social media channels.
- Write compelling captions, post copy, and call-to-actions aligned with the brand voice.
- Collaborate with design and video teams to create engaging visual content.
- Monitor daily performance, respond to comments and DMs, and build online community engagement.
- Assist in social media campaigns, contests, and influencer collaborations.
- Stay updated on trends, reels, and content formats that can drive organic growth.
- Analyze metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.

**Key Requirements**:

- 0 to 4 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and reels culture.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of design and video editing tools is a plus (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Highly organized with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Passionate about education, nature, and building communities.
