The ASO is responsible for growth and profitably of the consumer business in General Trade for a designated territory/Territory in the relevant aspects of Distribution, Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, Team management and Distributor Management

AREA SALES OFFICER

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve the monthly/annual targets of Sales, Distribution, Merchandising, SB, Receivables, and New Product targets. Implement corrective measures.
- Sales targets allotment & execution within team members by breaking down yearly targets within the SS ® GD ® Retailers under his purview.
- Responsible for “SFA” implementation in team working and ensuring 100% compliance. Responsible for channel partner management.
- Responsible for Top ARC management

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate or Above
