Job Description:

- To supervise the work of the staff in cash collection section
- To organize a system for collection of payments and supervise the departmental function
- To make regular rounds of acute wards to know about the condition of patient and any special procedure required and also ensure proper advances are collected.
- To identify during the course of interaction to the patient/patient attendants, who are not satisfied with the treatment and bring such cases to the concerned
- Consultants notice to arrange for video counseling in order to prevent any untoward incident.
- To identify cases which are likely to go on LAMA (Left Against Medical Advice) / seriously ill patients and inform the admission department to collect advances.
- To direct and delegates the departmental activities and ensures its smooth functioning.
- Ensure that preparing detailed bill satisfies the patients.
- To ensure that the final bill is complete with all the required documents on time
- To coordinate with all the department
- To analyze and interpret statement to management or administration
- To produce necessary documents to audit department and accounts department
- To counsel of patient and patient attendants on their queries
- To provide orientation on Hospital policies and procedures related to payment
- To prepare mobile Hospital and ambulance vouchers.
- To be responsible for ensuring that there is no dues from patients especially serious patients with expensive procedures, and it should be done in a cordial and convincing manner

Qualification : Any Degree
Experience: 1 year above, Need hospital exp

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Attapur, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
