Manage and safeguard the company's intellectual property assets, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving laws, regulations, and industry-specific compliance requirements, including data privacy and cyber security regulations.
- Provide guidance to cross-functional teams on compliance matters and implement necessary changes.
- Manage legal disputes, including litigation and alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Provide legal support and advice to upper management on relevant legal issues
- Ensure compliance with the internal controls, statutory regulations and other formalities
- Calculate and handle risks in business process and decision making
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements etc.
- Execute procedures for protecting patents, trademarks, and industrial designs
- Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company’s legal function
- Provide legal guidance on employment law matters, including employment agreements, terminations, and workplace policies.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance regulations and provide support for board meetings and governance matters.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
