**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a **Field Marketing Intern** to assist in executing marketing strategies, increasing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement through on-ground activities. The intern will actively participate in promotional campaigns, customer activations, and local outreach programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has a creative mindset, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Brand Awareness & Promotions**:

- Assist in organizing and executing on-ground marketing campaigns such as sampling sessions, product demos, and brand activations.
- Engage with potential customers at high-footfall locations (cafés, corporate offices, college campuses, events, and malls) to promote Xpanse Coffee.
- Distribute promotional materials (flyers, vouchers, merchandise) and educate customers about our products and offers.
- Represent the brand at various events, trade shows, and community gatherings to increase brand visibility.

**Customer Engagement & Data Collection**:

- Conduct customer surveys and collect feedback to understand market preferences and trends.
- Interact with customers to build brand loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Gather customer testimonials, photos, and videos for social media and marketing content.
- Assist in organizing contests, giveaways, and interactive activities to boost engagement.

**Market Research & Strategy**:

- Conduct research on competitors, customer preferences, and local market trends.
- Identify potential partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand reach.
- Provide insights and recommendations on improving marketing strategies based on field observations.

**Reporting & Performance Tracking**:

- Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a daily report of customer interactions, feedback, and engagement metrics.
- Provide suggestions for improvement based on field experiences and data insights.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Education**: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to engage with potential customers.
- **Outgoing Personality**: Energetic, friendly, and confident when interacting with people.
- **Creativity & Initiative**: Ability to think outside the box and contribute fresh marketing ideas.
- **Marketing Awareness**: Basic understanding of marketing strategies, branding, and consumer behaviour.
- **Adaptability**: Willing to work at different locations and attend events as needed.
- **Multilingual**: Fluency in English and Hindi (Konkani is a plus).
