**About Us**: At The Brothing, we are a leading dating coaching company dedicated to helping men improve their interpersonal relationships. We produce a variety of content, including documentary-style videos and instructional content across India. As we expand our offerings to include podcasts, we are seeking a highly talented filmmaker who is proficient with cameras and editing software and possesses a good understanding of audio management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate cameras and handle equipment to shoot high-quality video content.
- Edit video footage to create engaging and informative content for our YouTube channel and other platforms.
- Manage and optimize audio settings and quality for both video content and podcast episodes.
- Collaborate with our creative director to ensure content aligns with The Brothing’s vision and standards.
- Implement sound effects, B-roll, music, and transitions to enhance visual storytelling.
- Storyboard, shoot, and edit videos, including the capability to color grade using Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Manage content uploads, including adding subtitles, ensuring proper grammar and spelling.
- Participate in content planning and execution, sometimes traveling with the team for on-location shoots.

**Minimum Requirements/Skills**:

- Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and a strong understanding of lenses.
- Expertise in video editing and color grading with Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience in audio editing and optimization for podcasts and video productions.
- Ability to storyboard, shoot, and edit content independently.
- At least 2 years of professional video editing experience.
- Good communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ownership of a high-performance laptop capable of handling extensive editing tasks, as work will often be on the go.
