**About Us**: We are building a patient-first orthopaedic pain management clinics across the nation which can become a one-stop non-surgical, mínimal invasive solution to all your joint and spine pains. SAAOL is an established brand and currently operates 7 centres across Delhi NCR. Our treatment portfolio includes conditions like back pain, neck pain, knee pain & shoulder pain.

**How do we operate?**

Since this is a patient facing organisation providing treatment, we have **seven days working **setup.

[For Medical Doctors] It is an eight hour work day - 9 am to 5 pm or 10 am to 6 pm. We do not entertain emergency cases or have night shifts.We provide a weekly-off which you can take every week or together in that particular month + 12 vacation days every year on a pro rata basis.

**Primary Responsibilities would include -**
- Providing consultation based on the patient's medical history and what is causing pain, how long they’ve had it, how intense it is, and recommending appropriate treatment plans.
- Oversee daily treatment of ongoing patients in collaboration with supporting staff and employees.
- Attend any emergencies and escalated situations.
- Manage the administration of the particular care centre.

**We are looking for someone who has -**
- At least 1 year of prior work experience
- Interest or experience in Ortho is preferred.
- Legally authorised to work in the country.
- Managed team in previous organisations
- Should be comfortable in travelling within Delhi NCR.
- Should be able to handle 3-4 clinics single-handedly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
