As a Staff Nurse at Eswar Medical Foundation, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, skilled care to patients in our ICU, Casualty, and General Ward. You’ll be responsible for ensuring patient safety, comfort, and supporting their recovery journey. This role requires dedicated, empathetic individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality healthcare in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Nurse Duties**:

- Monitor patients' vital signs and medical conditions closely.
- Administer medications and treatments as per the doctor’s instructions.
- Operate and maintain specialized ICU equipment like ventilators and monitors.
- Respond quickly to emergencies, providing life-support as needed.
- Communicate updates on patient condition to the medical team and family members.

**2. Casualty (Emergency Room) Nurse Duties**:

- Triage patients to assess urgency of care.
- Provide initial care and stabilize patients in critical conditions.
- Assist doctors during emergency procedures and examinations.
- Manage patient records and ensure smooth handover of cases.
- Maintain a calm and organized environment, especially in high-pressure situations.

**3. General Duties**:

- Provide routine nursing care to patients, including wound dressing and medication administration.
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
- Assist in patient mobility, hygiene, and overall comfort.
- Educate patients and families about care plans and post-discharge instructions.
- Work with other healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care.

**General Duties for All Nursing Roles**:

- Follow hospital policies and procedures for patient care and safety.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including progress notes and medication logs.
- Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of equipment and work areas.
- Demonstrate empathy, respect, and kindness in all patient interactions.
- Keep updated with best practices and attend training as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (GNM or B.Sc. Nursing).
- Valid nursing license and registration.
- Ability to work in a team and respond effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
