Key Responsibilities:
1) Front Desk Management:
Greet and assist walk-in visitors with a welcoming attitude.

Provide detailed information about the CPL course, including curriculum, fees, admission criteria, and other relevant details.

Maintain a neat and organized reception area.

2) Call Handling:
Answer and manage incoming calls regarding the CPL course.

Address inquiries related to course content, scheduling, and admission processes.

Follow up with potential students to provide additional information or resolve any concerns.

3) Record Keeping:
Maintain an up-to-date record of all inquiries, walk-ins, and calls.

Track and follow up on leads generated from walk-ins and phone queries.

4) Communication and Coordination:
Liaise with the admissions team to provide accurate and up-to-date information to prospective students.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth handling of student inquiries.

5) Customer Service:
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and providing solutions promptly.

Ensure a positive experience for all visitors and callers.

Qualifications:

- Very Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.

.Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.

.Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

.Professional appearance and attitude.

.Knowledge of aviation or CPL courses is preferred but not mandatory.
