Hi All we have an excellent career opportunity with a leading conglomerate in energy and retail to be based in Mumbai.

**Role & responsibilities**
- End to end procurement and management of all kinds of contracts.
- Work with Internal customers (Design & Projects teams) to finalize the scope of work.
- Guide the team inputs related to contract structure, defining standard scope of works in line with specifications and requirements.
- Lead commercial negotiation meetings, preparing bid analysis, preparing proposal notes and cordinating approval
- Developing new contractors in addition to existing supplier list
- Ensure mutual sign off and award of contract on agreed terms
- Continuously oversee that the timelines for contract award are met
- Review Post-award contractor performance and compliance with respect to contracted SLAs

Education :Btech (Electrical)

Experience: 8+ years of experience in contracts and procurement.
