**Key Responsibilities**
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs align with the hotels brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in color schemes, fonts, and logo usage across all marketing materials.
- **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and events teams to create visual assets for promotions, events, special offers, and seasonal campaigns.
- **Photography & Editing**: Assist in selecting or taking photographs and editing them for use in marketing collateral.
- **Social Media Content**: Create captivating designs for the hotels social media profiles, including banners, advertisements, posts, and stories.
- **Campaign Design**: Support the marketing team in the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns and advertising strategies.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Work with external vendors (printers, digital agencies) to ensure high-quality production and on-time delivery of materials.
- **Feedback Incorporation**: Take feedback from internal stakeholders and clients to revise and improve designs as needed.
- **Monitor Design Trends**: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the brand's visual presence.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.

**Working Conditions**
- Full-time position.
- Some flexibility with working hours, including potential for weekend and evening work depending on hotel events and deadlines.

Pay: ₹11,274.99 - ₹36,018.65 per month
