Role & Responsibilities:
1. Design Development
- Create innovative interior design concepts that align with client requirements and project objectives.
- Develop detailed 2D layout and working drawings using software like AutoCAD.
- Produce 3D models and renderings using SketchUp to visualize design ideas.

2. Client Collaboration
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Present design proposals and incorporate feedback to refine designs.

3. Project Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments.

4. Material and Finish Selection
- Research and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet design specifications and budget constraints.
- Prepare mood boards and sample presentations to convey design ideas.

5. Presentation and Communication
- Create compelling presentations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in interior design.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drawings.
- Experience with SketchUp for 3D modeling.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of Revit or other BIM software is a plus.

Design Expertise
- Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and color theory.
- Ability to develop detailed 2D layout and working drawings.
- Experience in creating 3D models and renderings to visualize design concepts.American Society of Interior Designers
