1. **Operating Spray Drying Equipment**:
- Set up, calibrate, and operate spray drying machines, including adjusting parameters such as temperature, airflow, and feed rate.
- Start and stop equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Ensure the proper atomization of liquids and that drying occurs effectively.
2. **Monitoring the Drying Process**:
- Continuously monitor drying cycles to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Check temperature, humidity, and pressure readings to ensure optimal drying conditions.
- Adjust the equipment settings as needed based on monitoring data.
3. **Maintaining Product Quality**:
- Ensure that the final powder meets specifications, such as particle size, moisture content, and density.
- Collect and analyze samples of dried product to confirm quality standards.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to product defects, adjusting parameters to rectify issues.
4. **Routine Maintenance and Cleaning**:
- Perform regular maintenance on spray dryer equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operations.
- Clean equipment regularly, including cleaning spray nozzles, cyclone separators, and drying chambers, to prevent cross-contamination or malfunction.
- Check and replace filters, gaskets, and other parts as needed.
5. **Safety Compliance**:
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents, especially with high-temperature equipment and potentially hazardous chemicals.
- Ensure the spray dryer is operating within safety parameters.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.
6. **Inventory and Material Handling**:
- Monitor the flow of raw materials and ensure that the proper quantities are available for the spray drying process.
- Record and track material usage and finished product output.
- Ensure raw materials are stored properly and check for expiration dates or deterioration.
7. **Data Recording and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including temperature logs, equipment settings, material usage, and downtime.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance to management.
- Document any issues or deviations from normal operations.
Pay: ₹10,586.97 - ₹25,000.00 per month
