**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Perform inspections, tests, and measurements, documenting results accurately and thoroughly.
- Identify defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement, and work closely with relevant departments to resolve issues.
- Ensure that all products meet safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement quality control and quality assurance protocols and procedures to minimize defects and optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze quality data, trends, and performance metrics to provide reports to management for continuous improvement.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring all required documentation is in place and up to date.
- Perform root cause analysis on defects or quality issues and assist in developing solutions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
