**Role Overview**:
Gypsum Carpenters are skilled professionals responsible for the construction and installation of gypsum partitions, ceilings, and decorative designs. Their work requires precision, attention to detail, and expertise in executing complex gypsum-based construction projects. They must use specialized tools and materials to deliver high-quality finishes, primarily in residential (villa construction) and commercial projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install gypsum boards, ceilings, and decorative gypsum structures.
- Ensure detailed finishing and refinement of gypsum elements.
- Work on large turnkey projects with a focus on profitability.

**Qualifications and Skillset**:

- Minimum of 5+ years of national and international experience in gypsum carpentry.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in handling gypsum materials and using carpentry tools.
- Strong attention to detail, precision in finishing, and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
