**What You'll Bring**:
As a key member of the India Pricing team, the position supports the Product and Sales teams, providing insightful pricing analysis and reporting. A key accountability of this role will be to establish and maintain a centralized pricing function for the India Region. This function will focus on
- 1. Analytics and visualization
- Generating pricing proposals by evaluating and analyzing current prices, trends and pricing methodologies, and suggest changes from time to time
- Benchmarking prices with other players in the market, and also with other TransUnion units, to keep India market competitive
- Tracking outcomes of the pricing meetings, contracts executed, other pricing decisions and topics to have all-inclusive pricing data-set for deeper analysis
- Preparation & solicit documents required for RFPs through research & structured evaluation
- Managing extensive data with visualization tools like Tableau
- Generating dashboards and pricing reports

2. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensuring compliance of all Legal requirements in own area
- Maintaining documentation control over all TransUnion CIBIL price lists and related backup documents
- Responsible for existence of proper internal controls and ensuring timely statutory & internal audits in own area
- Other responsibilities or priorities that may be given by the team Lead, from time to time

3. Contract Management
- Draft, evaluate, discuss and execute member contracts; Liaise with various internal teams for the same - Sales, Legal, Finance, Sales Ops, etc.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders by serving as a single point of contact for member contractual matters
- Manage record keeping / database for all contract-related correspondence and documentation
- Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate

4. Interpersonal
- Building relationships in India - Providing support to Product and Sales teams w.r.t forecasting, budgeting and long term price planning
- Working with Finance, IT And Operations to ensure ease of Invoicing, while meeting all Customers' data needs and Taxation requirements

**Impact You'll Make**:
CA / MBA Finance. CS is a plus
- 6-10 years’ experience across Pricing, Contract Management & Team Management.
- Certification in visualization / analytics tools is a plus

**Essential Competencies**

Extremely strong analytical and planning skills with strong business acumen
- Eye for detail and sharp feel for key issues / things & driving profitability whilst maintaining core value
- Experience with pricing analysis and analytical software tools preferred
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, especially senior stakeholders and understand various perspectives
- Ability to recognize legal, financial and business implications of business decisions

Ability to take initiative and seeks to understand key aspects of the role, products, market, distribution channels, etc.
- Excellent articulation and convincing skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-directed with the ability to effectively manage multiple conflicting priorities, meet strict deadlines, take verbal direction and perform with mínimal guidance or supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
