**Job Title**: Lead Security and Analytics, Workday

**Your key responsibilities**
- Design and execute solutions for the security approach and configuration for large projects or business needs that may not be well defined.
- Translate information and requirements from business customers into documentation, solution design, and configuration of Workday domain security or BP security policies.
- Demonstrate design options using prototyping and demos providing alternatives, risks, benefits, and highlighting beneficial and, if any, undesirable unintended impacts of the design.
- Independently manage projects and coordinate with HR functional teams for process, and system support initiatives.
- Lead system implementation or release activities, providing guidance and counsel to business partners, systems analysts on design solutions
- Troubleshooting the most complicated issues reported by users
- Provide guidance to junior team members
- Manage multiple projects, reported issues, and customer questions, and shift focus quickly when priorities change
- Document business requirements, user stories, functional specifications, test plans, and process flows.
- Design and build both inbound and outbound integrations in various segments of the Workday system and work with Core Connector, Cloud Connector, EIB, Report Designer, Workday Studio, Data Conversions loads
- Manage multiple datasets and automatic schedules for refreshing data in Workday Adaptive Work

**Your skills and experience**
- Must Have Skills:

- Working experience with Data Integration, Data Quality and Data Architecture project life cycle, best practices
- Experience with internet protocols, networks, and related technologies, including HTTP, XML, JSON, REST, and Soap web services
- Must have experience with Agile and Integration Solution Development
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with Workday HCM technology in both a design and development capacity
- Deep understanding of Workday HCM Security model, intersection security roles and groups.
- Experienced in Workday Adaptive Planning security structure and role-based security model
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple, simultaneous tasks
- Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:

- Experience with the Workday platform and/or other leading Cloud-based SaaS EPM Implementations (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle EPM software, etc.)
- Developing Digital solutions (e.g., predictive planning, scenario-based models, ERP, process automation, analytics, and visualizations)
- Ability to develop and execute plans to achieve future state needs (e.g., operating model structure with shared services, COEs, spans, layers, etc.).
- Knowledge of Advanced, Matrix, and composite reporting and BIRT
- Knowledge of Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker / Containers, Microservices architecture
- Fundamentals in Workday Studio, RAAS-based integrations, Calculated fields
- Technical background in PMD, SMD, AMD, Model Components, and Orchestration
- Well-versed with BI/data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau
- Other Skills:
