**Overall role objectives**

Responsible for creating and maintaining high quality learning content and generating ideas for eLearning courses catering to budding entrepreneurs, start-up employees and other learners.

Focus on extracting relevant information from internet search engines and other online sources, and responsible for developing eLearning materials suitable for specific and scalable learning.

Create and deliver educational material that simplifies complex processes, working closely with other members of the eLearning team, ensuring deadlines are met and messages are accurate.

Develop engaging, cutting-edge digital content, working closely with the Learning and Development team and the wider business.

**Job Specific Responsibilities**
- Initiate learning design meetings with the Learning and Development team and other stakeholders for assigned projects together and refine the raw content required.
- Help define learning objectives and key learning points, ensuring they are addressed by the learning solution, in conjunction with the Learning and Development team.
- Conduct their own research to further understand learner and business requirements for each learning programme.
- Develop training modules that meet key learning objectives and the target audience’s needs. Modules need to be concise, easy to follow, and formatted for self-paced learning, employing appropriate adult learning approaches and techniques.
- Work with the Learning and Development team to ensure the instructional content design fits with the overall vision for the area and business requirement.
- Obtain departmental approvals and pilots of educational material prior to release.
- Help create a range of digital learning courses that will engage and motivate the end users.
- Manage strict deadlines whilst ensuring a high end user experience.
- Be innovative and creative in the use of language, graphics, animations, interactions, audio and video
- Assist with ad-hoc training assignments as requested by other departments.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate

**Experience**
- 1 - 3 years

**Key Skills**
- Proficient in MS Excel or Google sheets
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of LMS and authoring tools (no coding required)
- Excellent editing and proofreading ability
- Universally appealing writing style.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
