**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create innovative and trend-setting designs for a variety of têxtile products.
- Collaborate with the retail team to understand customer preferences and market trends.
- Develop design concepts, selecting colors, fabrics, and patterns to create cohesive collections.
- Produce sketches and renderings of new designs.
- Oversee the entire design process, from conceptualization to final product.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, techniques, and têxtile technologies.
- Present design ideas and collections to the management team for approval.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a fashion designer in the têxtile or fashion industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of fabrics, têxtiles, and garment construction.
- Strong technical and digital illustration skills.
- Fluency in Tamil and English is essential.
