Global Advertisers Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at our Borivali West location. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting our advertising services, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Make outbound calls to potential clients from a provided database or leads list.
- **Promote Services**: Introduce Global Advertisers' advertising services to prospective clients and highlight the benefits and features of our offerings.
- **Qualify Leads**: Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and identify decision-makers within organizations.
- **Understand Client Needs**: Listen to client requirements and gather relevant information to understand their advertising needs and objectives.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads and ensure accurate documentation of appointments and follow-up activities.
- **Maintain Records**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with clients, including call logs, notes, and follow-up activities, in the CRM system.
- **Meet Targets**: Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
- **Collaborate with Sales Team**: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and provide support as needed to facilitate the sales process.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns raised by prospective clients in a professional and timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
