
Field Sales Executive

We are hiring **Field Sales Executives** for industrial product sales. The role involves client visits, understanding technical product requirements, and closing B2B sales across assigned territories.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and meet potential customers across industrial sectors
- Promote and sell products like **hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical actuators, valves, couplings, fittings, bearings, scissor lifts, vacuum lifters, pick and place systems, gas springs**, etc.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- 1-3 years of field sales experience (preferred in industrial products)
- Basic knowledge of **hydraulic and pneumatic systems** is essential
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage field operations
- Two-wheeler with a valid license (preferred)
**Preferred Background**:
Sales experience in any of the following:
Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Valves, Bearings, Industrial Automation, Electrical/Mechanical Components, or similar.
