**Role & Responsibilities**:
As a UI/UX Design Intern, your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Assist in Design Research**: Support the team in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**: Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups for various digital products (websites, mobile apps, etc.) using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- **Collaborate on User Flows**: Work with senior designers to translate user flows into intuitive designs that solve complex problems.
- **Create Interactive Prototypes**: Assist in designing interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and functionality.
- **Support Design Implementation**: Assist in preparing final design assets and support the development team during the implementation phase.
- **Design System Maintenance**: Help maintain and update design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms and products.
- **Assist in Usability Testing**: Participate in the testing and evaluation of designs by collecting feedback and making improvements.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles** and a strong interest in creating user-centered designs.
- **Familiarity with design tools** such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools is a plus.
- **Strong communication skills** and the ability to articulate design ideas and concepts clearly.
- **An eye for detail** and passion for creating polished, user-friendly interfaces.
- **A portfolio** or personal projects showcasing your design work (even personal projects or academic projects are welcome).
- **Ability to work collaboratively** in a team environment.
- **Positive attitude, eagerness to learn**, and willingness to take feedback.

**Preferred Qualifications (Optional)**:

- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (or interest in learning).
- Familiarity with user testing tools or research methodologies.
- Knowledge of mobile and web design best practices.
- Experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
