**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel prospective students and provide detailed information about courses, admission processes, fee structures, and career outcomes.
- Conduct assessments to understand the educational background, interests, and career aspirations of students.
- Guide students in choosing the right courses to meet their professional and educational goals.
- Organize and conduct information sessions, orientation programs, and campus tours.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow up as necessary.
- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure smooth enrollment and onboarding processes.
- Provide ongoing support to enrolled students and address any academic or administrative concerns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, course offerings, and training programs to provide relevant and up-to-date guidance.
- Assist in promotional activities and events to enhance the visibility of the institute.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in educational counseling or a similar role, preferably in a training institute or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and parents.
- Ability to understand student needs and provide personalized counseling.
- Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software for data management.
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for education and helping students achieve their career goals.

Pay: ₹11,156.45 - ₹35,629.91 per month
