**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels.
- Sell and promote travel packages to Europe, the UK, and the US, including flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- **Package Customization**:

- Design and tailor travel packages based on clients' preferences, budgets, and travel needs.
- Provide expert recommendations on destinations, accommodations, and activities in Europe, the UK, and the US.
- Ensure all travel arrangements align with client expectations and company standards.
- **Customer Service**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-booking.
- Address and resolve any client inquiries, concerns, or issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- **Market Knowledge & Strategy**:

- Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and industry developments.
- Contribute to marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare and manage booking documentation, contracts, and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and commissions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education & Experience**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- **Knowledge & Interest**:

- Comprehensive knowledge of travel destinations in Europe, the UK, and the US.
- Genuine interest in travel and a passion for exploring new places.
