We urgently require an experienced Medical Transcriptionist to join us and work in the night shifts.

**Position**:Medical Transcriptionist

**Experience**:2 to 5 years

**Work Mode**:Completely Work from Office (WFO) and Night Shifts.

**Skills Required**:

- Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Good knowledge in Medical Terminology, anatomy, medications, abbreviations, etc.,
- Basic knowledge on Medical Coding and Billing is a plus.
- Good Listening skills and ability to understand the U.S accent.
- Good Typing Skills (30 to 40 WPM)
- Good Multitasking skills required.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Documenting relevant information from the conversation between the patient and physician in a specific EMR on real time.
- Summarize medical facts in professional clinical records (History of Present Illness, Physical Exam, Results, Assessment & Plan).
- Achieve proficiency in navigating EMR and enter clinical reports and data directly into customer EMRs, adhering to all the guidelines and workflows.
- Collaborate with managers on feedback and successfully resolve issues.
- Maintaining confidentiality and privacy in accordance with governing HIPAA rules and regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
