We're looking for a passionate and experienced **Social Media Marketing (SMM) Trainer** to join our team and mentor aspiring digital professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver in-depth training sessions on Social Media Marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Create and update SMM course content, assignments, and case studies based on current industry trends
- Explain tools and strategies related to paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Demonstrate platform-specific algorithms, content planning, and calendar creation
- Train students on analytics tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics (basic), and reporting techniques
- Provide individual feedback and support to students on their learning journey
- Conduct live campaign practice sessions
- Track student progress and maintain batch records
- Coordinate with the academic and admin team for smooth training operations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching preferred
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, scheduling tools, etc.)
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm changes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle both beginner and intermediate-level students
