Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualize and create motion graphics**, animated elements, and visual effects for various media including reels, ads, product videos, and corporate content.
- **Plan and execute video shoots**, including scripting, storyboarding, and directing shoots when required.
- Take full responsibility for video shoots when needed and be well-versed in operating equipment, managing lighting setups, and capturing high-quality footage.
- **Edit raw video footage** into polished final products using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create videos that align with brand tone and campaign goals.
- Design engaging **Instagram/Facebook/YouTube reels** and short-form videos for social media.
- Maintain video quality standards, color grading, sound mixing, and post-production polish.
- Keep up with current trends in video content and bring fresh creative ideas to the team.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3-4 years of experience in **motion graphic design**, video editing, and production.
- Proficiency in tools like **Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator**, and other motion design software.
- Experience with video shoots, including independently handling equipment, lighting, and camera work.
- Strong portfolio showcasing **reel creation** and video editing work.
- Understanding of different social media formats and best practices for video content.
- Excellent sense of timing, visual storytelling, and design aesthetics.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 05/05/2025
