Position: Telecaller

Customer Interaction:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote packing and moving services.

Respond to inbound inquiries about services, pricing, and scheduling.

Identify and qualify leads from various sources.

Maintain a database of potential customers and follow up regularly.

Service Explanation:
Clearly explain the services offered, including packing, moving, storage options, and pricing structures.

Quotation Preparation:
Provide quotes based on customer requirements and follow up to convert inquiries into bookings.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.

Reporting:
Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and customer interactions for reporting purposes.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads and conversions.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth scheduling and execution of moving services.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.

Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into sales.

Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.

Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication skills.

Persuasiveness and negotiation abilities.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

This role is essential for growth and ensuring customer satisfaction in the Packers and Movers industry.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

- Yearly bonus
