**Executive - IT Support - Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux).
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure all systems are up to date with security patches.
- Assist in managing Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise tools.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or vendors as needed.
- Document solutions and create user guides or SOPs for recurring issues.
- Provide support for video conferencing tools and meeting room setups.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or desktop support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice).
- Understanding of Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and basic IT security practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, ITIL, etc.) are a plus.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience supporting remote users and working in hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
- Basic knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) is a bonus.
