**Job Summary**:
The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The nurse works collaboratively with the healthcare team to promote the well-being and recovery of patients while ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and ethical practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care based on clinical protocols and standards.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist with diagnostic tests, medical procedures, and sample collection.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using approved documentation methods.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the patient care environment.
- Respond to emergencies promptly and follow established emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing license/registration with the Maharashtra Nursing Council.
- BLS/ACLS certification (preferred or required depending on department).
- Prior clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.

- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using healthcare technologies and electronic medical records.

- Exposure to infectious diseases and medical waste.
- Requires physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving patients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
