2) Stay updated with the latest instructional technologies and methodologies specific to finance, SCM, and HRM to enhance training delivery.

3) Provide constructive feedback to participants in these specialized areas and offer guidance for improvement.

4) Create an inclusive and open learning environment that encourages participants to share experiences, ask questions, and engage in discussions.

5) Maintain accurate records of trainees' progress, assessment scores, and training history.
