**Roles and Responsibilities**

You Role as Content Writer:

- You are an expert writer on technology and have experience writing about SaaS, AaaS, Supply chain analytics & logistics
- Creation of high-quality short and long-form content for multiple digital channels and platforms, including articles, newsletters, case studies, infographics, and whitepapers
- Brainstorm and create original content ideas/ plans aligned with content strategy/campaigns
- Research and analyze top SEO content topics on industry-related topics.
- You write content backed by extensive research and critical thinking.
- You can transform complex technical reports and publications into concise and actionable content roadmaps for the target audience.
- Your copy addresses challenge the target audience faces and gives them a deeper understanding of how they can do something better.
- You can spot trends and use data to weave these trends into interesting narratives.
- Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright, plagiarism, and data protection)
- QC content to ensure it is free of grammatical or factual errors and follows all brand editorial guidelines for consistency
- Analyze content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas
- Research and evaluate competitor marketing with a focus on technical content
- Proofread and edit blog post before publication
- Coordinate with marketing and design team to illustrate articles
- Bachelors degree in English literature, communication, journalism, or related field
- Familiarity with web publication techniques
- 2-3 years of proven work experience as a technical content writer, copywriter or similar role and should have B2B market, SaaS, AaaS, Supply chain analytics, logistics writeup experience
- Portfolio of published articles/content
- Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques, especially SEO, web analytics
- Willingness to multitask and take new initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creativity and a keen eye for details
- A natural researcher
- Impeccable grammar & punctuation & comprehensive skills
